Cancellation and Refund policy


Cancellation of an order is allowed within 24 hours of order confirmation, or before dispatch of order, whichever is earlier.

In case of delay in order shipment, shall inform the customer. The customer may cancel the order if the order is not dispatched within 3 working days of order confirmation.



We accept refunds only for defective or wrong items.

100% of the order amount shall be refund in case a product received by the customer is defective. However, this should be reported by the customer immediately upon receipt of the product. Customers can report defective or wrong items delivery on our whatsapp support number or by email. We shall arrange for pickup from your doorstep. Upon receiving the defective product in our warehouse, we shall inspect the jewelry and the order amount shall be refund.

The customer has a right to get a refund if SilverLinings delivers an incorrect product that does not match the product specifications. However, since all the products are handcrafted, slight variation in design, shape or weight would not qualify for a refund.
