SHIPPING

We offer FREE shipping on every order only within India. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.

Our shipments within India are shipped by Delhivery courier service.

We ship internationally via India Post. Our shipping fees for international shipments is calculated on the order value.

PACKAGING

Every jewellery package from us arrives at your doorstep in a durable, tamper-proof packing.

If a package is damaged in transit, our refund policy applies. Please refer to the cancellation and refund policy for details.

We send all our jewelry in a single box. In case you need separate box for each piece of jewelry, please let us know in the order notes section while placing the order. 

DELIVERY

We shall ship the products within working 3 days of order placement. In case we are unable to ship the products within 3 working days, we shall inform our customer about the delay. The customers shall have an option of cancelling the order, without any charges, in case of delay.

If there is a delay in shipping the products from our store, our cancellation policy applies. Please refer to the cancellation and refund policy for details.

 We take 5-8 days for delivery within India depending on delivery location. 

We take 20 - 40 days for international deliveries.
